    I saw some auctions are labeled "Members Only." What does that mean?
    Members Only deals are super-hot specials that are viewable to VacationOnline Auction /SkyAuction members only. These deals include "Buy It Now" specials (limited quantities of airline tickets, hotel rooms, cruises and/or packages available for sale at a fixed price), preview auctions for new travel deals before they appear on the VacationOnline Auctions/SkyAcutions public site, and luxury auctions that are only accessible in the Members Only area. In order to view any Members Only deals, you must first log in. If you are not a member yet, you'll need to register.

    How do I know if I am bidding on one item or more?
    When bidding on an item, you must enter the quantity desired in the quantity box (e.g., when bidding on airline tickets you must enter the quantity amount to cover your bid). A quantity of 1 will never mean a pair of tickets unless they are described very specifically (almost never) as such. When you are bidding on more than one item, be sure to enter an amount per item. Example: If you are bidding for 2 as a quantity of airline tickets and your bid is $300, you are actually bidding $300 x 2, or $600 total.

    What do the "Going, Going, Gone" auctions mean?
    These auctions open and close on the same day, and they keep on running until the bidding stops (just like a traditional auction house). Hurry and bid right away if you are interested in a Going, Going, Gone auction - because the auction may end at any moment.

    Your auctions seem vague: "East Coast/Europe", "USA/Asia", etc. What are the departure cities and destinations?
    When you click on a category, you will be brought to page listing the destinations available within the category, and will be provided with a brief description of each auction. Clicking on an auction's title (or on the "Click here for more info or to Bid" button) will display more detail on the product offered.

    I submitted my bid but I was immediately outbid by someone else. How is that possible?
    It's possible through the use of the AutoBid feature available to each and every bidder on our site. Just enter the maximum amount you are willing to pay, and AutoBid will automatically bid for you each time someone outbids you, until it reaches your designated limit. AutoBid makes it easy for you to participate in the bidding action, even if you don't have a lot of time to be online.

    I won! What next?
    Your confirmation e-mail will direct you to your "My Vacations" page, where you will be able to enter your travel details (dates, passenger names, special requests, etc.) as well as review your invoice and details of other auctions that you've won. Upon entering your travel details, you will usually hear back from us within two business days, usually sooner.

    Depends on the auction. The best way to find out is to send an e-mail VacationOnline Auctions before you bid.

    What happens if I win and the dates I choose aren't available?
    We will always work with you to offer the best possible alternatives to satisfy your date preferences. Many of these offerings are what industry types would call "capacity controlled". However, they are generally available as outlined by us. If we cannot fulfill your request, you will be refunded for your total bid paid amount.

    No, all reservations are made and all tickets are issued by SkyAuction.com.

    You request my choice of travel dates within 48 hours. Why so fast?
    Some of the products offered have limited availability and carry certain booking and ticketing deadlines. If you are currently unsure of your dates, please e-mail us to find out the deadline to receive that information for your item. If you need additional time, please e-mail winners@skyauction.com and we will be happy to accommodate you. Please be sure to include the Auction Number and your Identification Number when contacting us.

    What happens if you cannot confirm my requested dates?
    We do everything we can to confirm your choice of dates and routing. During certain times, this can be difficult as flights and hotels can be sold out. Those who are flexible have the best opportunity for immediate confirmation. If your requested dates are not available, any and all payments received will be refunded.

    Can I change the form of payment on my registration form?
    You can make any type of change, whether it's changing your form of payment or your mailing address, by editing your Profile on the "Members" page.

    How do I add an auction to My Auctionwatch?
    First, make sure you have logged-in to the Members area before attempting to add any item. Then, click on the "Add to my Auctionwatch" button when reviewing the Item Description on any auction.

    My AuctionWatch shows that I am winning for one, when I had bid for two. What do I do?
    You may either increase your bid for the original quantity by going into the Members - My Auctionwatch page, or if you are the winning bidder at the close of the auction, you may request a quotation for the second party when submitting your travel details.
